How far in are you?
I have two copies. One for note taking and another for just reading.
I also have a few notebooks fOr organizing my notes.
The story isn't hard to understand.
I dont wanna give things away, but notice that "a novel" is written in purple, also take note of the font that's used for the title page...
PM me when you're done. (if you finish it. Apparently a lot of people don't.)
Yes, I got the full color edition and I am on page 44.
I've been taking mental notes but I feel like I am going to have to keep a composition right next to the book as I often find myself getting a little lost when the footnotes change author and start rattling on for more than like a page and a half. I have the full intention of finishing it. I rarely leave a book once I get past page 10, but I've heard a lot of people do leave it often. 3 of my friends have attempted several times but never seem to get past about the 70 page mark.
I also started reading the Silent Hill comics. I just finished Dying Inside #3.
UGH
You know, they way our admins glossed over it in TRSHE got me some what interested. The highlights they hit during the brief review seemed ok and like they could possibly work--but they don't. I also watched Atop the 4th Wall, a review series hosted by Linkara on ThatGuyWithTheGlasses.com as he reviewed the comics as well. He goes a bit more into detail (If anyone wants links to all his Silent Hill comic review, PM me and I'll send them your way so you don't have to wade around the site looking for them.) and gave me a slightly better idea of how bad they are. BUT!!! Being the masochist I am, I decided I had to read them myself. I already subjected myself to playing Silent Hill: Orphan 1 AND 2, so what the hell?
